Emma & Geraldine our chefs care about the food we prepare for you. Our food is grown here at Kilmokea and sourced locally, Organic where possible. Vegetables and salads are either picked straight from the vegetable garden at Kilmokea or provided by Mary Regan an organic farmer, who delivers straight to our door. We serve Stafford Grass fed Beef & Lamb and Whelans Fish from Kilmore.
In the preparation of our food we use Herbamare to season our food. This is a blend of grown herbs that are combined with natural sea salt and marinated for one year.
