The Coach House Holiday Home is a stone house accommodating up to nine guests and sits in the grounds of Kilmokea with the Gardens on the door step.. The ground floor contains a large Drawing room/Kitchen with a wonderfully high vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is equipped to the highest standards. Upstairs there are two large bed-rooms, the ‘Orchard’ room with a double & two single beds and ‘the Tulip Suite’ a large master bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite bath & shower room. A set of double doors leads you into a triple bedroom looking out over the walled gardens. Utilities are not included in the price, but are charged at cost.
The Garden Suite holiday home. A beautiful first floor apartment accommodates up to four guests converted from the original Granary with views of the Italianate Garden through a large rose window.
The apartment has a large Kitchen/Dining, Drawing room with a high beamed ceiling. Two bedrooms with bath and shower ensuite . The ‘Iris’ master bedroom has a bay window looking out over the Iris and Rose quarter garden. The ‘Clematis’ twin room looks out towards the ‘Peacock Topiary’ at the top of the main drive. Utilities are not included in the price, but are charged at cost.
The Indoor heated pool is open from April to October. You have the opportunity to reserve an exclusive hour daily in our indoor heated pool.
There is the opportunity of reserving a table for dinner in the dining room of the main house or lunch in the garden conservatory during your stay.
Year round we offer you use of our tennis court and Croquet lawn and access to seven acres of heritage gardens. There is a barbeque which you may borrow if you wish to reserve the sun terrace in the walled garden to cook dinner ‘al fresco’.
If you wish your dog to stay with you, please request this. We accept small non shedding dogs. Dog box essential. Cost per dog per stay is €30.00, up to 2 dogs per house.
